Qualifications

• Hospitality background with Team/Shift Leader experience.
• Passion for providing excellent customer service.
• Health & Safety and Food Safety knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Maintain operational and safety standards to run cafe smoothly.
• Lead by example with exceptional customer service and support the Manager.
• Open/close the cafe and oversee full operations in Manager's absence.
• Recognise and celebrate team members for great service.
• Learn the menu inside out and train the team accordingly.
• Help boost sales by ensuring correct staffing and placement.
• Deliver Health & Safety and Food Safety training for team members.
• Coach and develop colleagues in partnership with the Cafe Manager.
• Identify ways to improve service for customers.
• Support inclusive environment where colleagues feel valued and safe.
• Promote a diverse and flexible working pattern across the cafe.
