Qualifications

  • Expérience en hospitalité avec expérience de Team/Shift Leader.
  • Passion pour le service client.

Job description

We’re looking for a Team Leader to join one of our Cafés, where a friendly, fast-paced environment awaits. With a passion for providing excellent customer service, a proactive can-do attitude, and great collaboration skills, you’ll help keep everyday operations running smoothly.

You’ll get to develop your skills and experience with a wide range of responsibilities, including supporting the Manager, meeting business and financial goals, coaching and training team members, and leading by example with impeccable customer service.

Responsibilities include:
  • Maintaining operational and safety standards to ensure smooth running
  • Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Leading by example to provide excellent customer experiences
  • Opening and closing the café, overseeing operations in the Manager’s absence
  • Recognizing and celebrating team members’ excellent service
  • Learning our menu inside out and helping the team do the same
  • Boosting sales by ensuring optimal team placement
  • Delivering Health & Safety and Food Safety training
  • Supporting the Café Manager with coaching and development
  • Continuously seeking ways to improve customer service
  • Promoting an inclusive environment where colleagues feel respected and valued
Requirements:
  • Experience in hospitality, with Team/Shift Leader experience
  • Passion for excellent customer service
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety and Food Safety standards
Personal skills:
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
  • Confidence in using initiative to improve workflows
