Job summary

Aramark UK is seeking a Café Supervisor to lead a busy café in London, Goggs, SW1A 2HQ. You will motivate the team, deliver exceptional customer service, and manage stock, cash, and daily operations to maintain high standards.

Qualifications

• Previous café, retail, hospitality, or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Experience with cash handling and till operation.

• Positive and proactive approach to work.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Motivating and supporting the café team to deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Assisting the Retail Manager with stock control, ordering, rotas, training, and team development.
• Ensuring cleaning schedules are maintained and completed to a high standard.
• Operating tills, handling cash, and providing excellent customer service.
• Preparing and serving food and beverages.
• Greeting customers and creating a welcoming environment.
• Demonstrating strong product knowledge and training new team members.
• Managing cash handling, cashing up, and transaction records.
• Identifying upselling opportunities to maximise sales.
