Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Cafe Supervisor to join the team at the Natural History Museum.

Open 7 days a week, serving hot beverages, freshly made salads, and a selection of British mains.

We Offer:

Rate: £13 - £13.50 per hour

Shifts: 5 days out of 7; Daytime only

Contract: Full Time/ Permanent

About the Cafe Supervisor role:

1. To oversee the day-to-day operations by ensuring that our product and the service we provide are always of the highest standard.
2. To supervise, manage, and motivate the team.
3. To support the management team in working towards improving sales and service.
4. Ensuring high levels of Food and Health & Safety are always maintained.

The ideal candidate will possess good food and beverage knowledge in addition to outstanding customer service and leadership skills.
