Job summary

joon cafe | Brunch & Specialty Coffee in Camden Town is seeking an experienced Café Supervisor to lead our busy specialty café during shifts and set a positive example for the team, ensuring every customer has a great experience.

You’ll be hands‑on during service, help organise daily tasks, support breakfast and lunch periods, and assist with opening/closing duties, cash handling and stock checks while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a café, restaurant or hospitality role.
• Supervisory or team‑leading experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Reliability and punctuality, ability to stay calm during busy periods.
