Job summary

Morrisons Cafés in Newcastle upon Tyne are seeking a proactive Café Team Leader to run a welcoming, vibrant café. You will supervise shifts, ensure high stock availability, and drive outstanding service so every customer leaves happy.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll empower your team, train colleagues, and coordinate with other store departments to maintain smooth operations and strong performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Leads with confidence: experience leading and supporting a team in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
