Compass operates the ASDA caf in Corby and seeks an experienced Caf Manager to lead a busy retail catering operation. You will be hands-on, deliver excellent customer service, and oversee daily caf operations while driving performance, efficiency and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Experience managing caf, retail, or catering teams.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Able to manage financials, stock, and performance targets.
• Level 2 Food Hygiene and relevant catering qualifications (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and develop your catering and front-of-house team
• Ensure smooth daily operations across the caf
• Manage budgets, stock, and labour to meet targets and KPIs
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and compliance
• Build a positive customer experience and represent the brand
• Identify opportunities to improve service and drive sales
• Support, train, and motivate your team to perform at their best
