Compass Group manages the ASDA caf operation in Cardiff and is seeking an experienced Caf Manager to lead a busy retail caf. You will supervise a catering and front-of-house team, drive sales, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations with a strong focus on customer service.

As a hands-on leader, you will manage budgets, stock, and labour while upholding food safety standards and compliance. You will be pivotal to delivering excellent customer experiences in a high-volume environment.
