Compass operates the ASDA caf in Corby and seeks an experienced Caf Manager to lead a busy retail catering operation. You will be hands-on, deliver excellent customer service, and oversee daily caf operations while driving performance, efficiency and brand standards.

• Level 2 Food Hygiene and relevant catering qualifications (desirable).

We're recruiting an experienced and passionate Caf Manager to lead the ASDA caf operation in Corby. This is a hands-on role for a strong leader who can deliver excellent customer service and smooth day-to-day operations in a busy retail environment. As Caf Manager, you'll take full responsibility for the caf , leading your team to deliver consistent standards while driving performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.,

• Lead, supervise, and develop your catering and front-of-house team
