Compass operates the ASDA caf in Chester, seeking an experienced Caf Manager to lead a busy retail caf. You will drive day-to-day operations, supervise the front-of-house and catering team, and ensure excellent customer service while meeting targets and KPIs.

We're recruiting an experienced and passionate Caf Manager to lead the ASDA caf operation in Chester. This is a hands‑on role for a strong leader who can deliver excellent customer service and smooth day‑to‑day operations in a busy retail environment. As Caf Manager, you'll take full responsibility for the caf , leading your team to deliver consistent standards while driving performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.,
