Compass operates the ASDA caf in Chester, seeking an experienced Caf Manager to lead a busy retail caf. You will drive day-to-day operations, supervise the front-of-house and catering team, and ensure excellent customer service while meeting targets and KPIs.

The role requires strong leadership in a fast-paced environment, attention to food safety, and capability to manage budgets and stock. A customer-focused, proactive manager is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading caf, retail, or catering teams.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Level 2 Food Hygiene and catering qualifications desirable.
• Hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments.

• Lead, supervise, and develop your catering and front‑of‑house team.
