Morrisons in Fort William is seeking a Café Supervisor to lead a busy, welcoming café and deliver outstanding service to local customers.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll manage shifts, plan resources, develop your team, and collaborate with other store departments to keep stock flowing and standards high.

Competenze

• Leadership experience in fast-paced hospitality or retail environments.
• Customer service focus with ability to develop teams.
• Experience planning rotas, managing daily routines, and collaborating with store departments.

Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you’ll bring a proactive approach to running a welcoming, vibrant Café. You'll lead your team to deliver outstanding service, keep stock availability high, and make sure every customer leaves happy.

In this role, you’ll be on hand to:

• Put customers first: Empower your team to deliver friendly, attentive service, listening to customer feedback to make sure our Café is always a warm, welcoming place to pop by.
• Lead and support your team: Manage shift rotas, attendance, and talent development, delivering training so colleagues have the confidence to succeed and grow.
• Drive performance and standards: Lead an encouraging, performance-driven department, guiding colleagues to work with purpose against all operational and sales targets.
• Keep operations running smoothly: Plan resources thoroughly, manage daily team routines, and build strong working relationships with other store departments.
