Job summary

Morrisons is seeking a Café lead to drive a welcoming, high‑performing team serving hundreds of customers daily. You will deliver outstanding service, manage stock availability, and ensure customers leave happy.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll plan rosters, oversee attendance and development, and lead the department to achieve targets while collaborating with other store teams. This is a full‑time on‑site role in a busy retail café environment.

Qualifications

• Leads with confidence: Has experience leading and supporting a team in a fast-paced food or hospitality environment.

Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you’ll bring a proactive approach to running a welcoming, vibrant Café. You'll lead your team to deliver outstanding service, keep stock availability high, and make sure every customer leaves happy.
