Benugo Limited is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the on-site café at Amazon LHR16. You will oversee daily operations, guide the front and back-of-house teams, and ensure products and service meet high standards.

This full-time role requires strong client relationship management, budgeting and forward planning, and a focus on staff development, food safety, and customer experience. Benefits include lunch on shift, coffee, and other staff perks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operational function of the location with direction to the team
• Maintain high standards of product and service
• Build and maintain client relationships with regular meetings and forward planning
• Ensure customer experience from front to back of house is exceptional
• Work towards improving sales and service
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, cost control and forward planning
• Support and manage team performance through evaluations, training and mentoring
• Maintain high levels of Food and Health & Safety at all times
