Job summary

Vale of Glamorgan Council is seeking an experienced catering supervisor to lead the café and catering service at Cosmeston Lakes Country Park. The role requires efficient management, excellent cooking skills, and strong communication with customers and staff.

You should be reliable, dynamic and cost-conscious, with Level 2 Food Hygiene and allergen awareness. The post is 37 hours per week, five days out of seven, based at Cosmeston Lakes Country Park.

Qualifications

• Experience in café environment management and staff supervision.
• Stock handling and cost control experience.
• Level 2 Food Hygiene certification.
• Allergen awareness (Natasha’s Law).
