Job summary

Cyngor Caerdydd/Cardiff Council is seeking an experienced catering supervisor to lead a school catering service. You will oversee food production, menu planning, ordering, presentation and service to pupils and staff, ensuring a high standard of customer care.

You will also manage daily operations, supervise staff, allocate duties, plan rotas and provide training, in line with council policies and food hygiene standards.
