Job summary

Serco is seeking an Operations Assistant in Bisham Abbey to ensure facilities run safely and smoothly. You'll deliver a customer-first experience supporting sports and leisure activities.

Salary: £12.71 plus excellent benefits

Schedule: Full Time, 39 hours per week, Monday to Sunday flexible working hours

Overview

As an Operations Assistant in our Citizen Services – Sport England team, you’ll help ensure our facilities run safely, smoothly and with a warm, customer‑first experience. Your work supports the delivery of sport, leisure, hotel and event services that make a positive impact on local communities. You will play a key part in creating a safe, welcoming and well‑run environment from operational readiness to cleanliness and enabling memorable experiences for everyone who uses our facilities.

Responsibilities
