Job summary

Benugo is expanding its partnership with John Lewis to deliver in-store restaurant offerings across 32 stores. We are seeking an exceptional Team Member to deliver an outstanding food experience with innovation and quality at every level.

Hourly Rate: £12.71 on probation rising to £13.25. Join a role representing two respected brands, with a range of benefits and development opportunities.

Responsibilities

Ensure customer experience is maintained to the highest standard.
Assist with kitchen, front of house and back of house duties.
Organise deliveries and stock fridges using FIFO.
Clear tables and maintain a clean working environment.
Ensure all labels and prices are correct.
Maintain awareness of promotions, pricing and product information.
Work on tills and handle cash as required.
Follow food safety, allergen and hygiene procedures at all times.
Collaborate with colleagues to meet service targets and maintain smooth operations.
Attend training and development courses as requested.
Represent WSH and John Lewis professionally in behavior, appearance and knowledge.
Carry out any other duties as required by management.

We are seeking an exceptional Team Member. This is a rare opportunity representing two respected brands, delivering an outstanding food experience that reflects innovation, quality, and attention to detail at every level.

Hourly Rate: £12.71ph increasing to £13.25ph after probation

Ensuring the customer experience is maintained to the highest standard at all times.
Assisting with any kitchen, front of house and back of house cleaning duties.
To organise deliveries, and ensuring the fridges are stocked, using a first in, first out process.
Assisting with clearing tables and maintaining a clean working environment.
To ensure all labels and prices are correct.
Maintain awareness of promotions, pricing and product information.
To be flexible to work on tills, following the cash handling procedures, taking orders and working on the floor, serving food and drinks.
Follow food safety, allergen and hygiene procedures at all times.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet service targets and maintain smooth operations.
To attend all training and development course as requested.
To always represent WSH and John Lewis in a professional manner in your behaviour appearance and knowledge.
To carry out any other reasonable duties as required by management.
