Job summary

Benugo, in partnership with John Lewis, is seeking a Team Member to deliver an outstanding food experience across two respected brands. You will work front of house and support kitchen tasks, maintain high service standards, and help organise deliveries and stock.

You should be reliable, able to work as part of a team, and comfortable on tills. The role offers flexible shifts, staff benefits, and opportunities to grow with the business.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the customer experience to the highest standard.
• Assist with kitchen, front of house and back of house cleaning duties.
• Organise deliveries and ensure fridges are stocked using FIFO.
• Clear tables and maintain a clean working environment.
• Ensure labels and prices are correct and promote product information.
• Be flexible to work on tills, take orders and serve food and drinks.
• Follow food safety, allergen and hygiene procedures.
• Work with colleagues to meet service targets and maintain operations.
• Attend training and represent WSH and John Lewis professionally.
• Carry out other reasonable duties as required by management.

Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Team Member. This is a rare opportunity representing two respected brands, delivering an outstanding food experience that reflects innovation, quality, and attention to detail at every level.

Hourly Rate: £12.71ph increasing to £13.25ph after probation

• Ensuring the customer experience is maintained to the highest standard at all times.
• Assisting with any kitchen, front of house and back of house cleaning duties.
• To organise deliveries, and ensuring the fridges are stocked, using a first in, first out process.
• Assisting with clearing tables and maintaining a clean working environment.
• To ensure all labels and prices are correct.
• Maintain awareness of promotions, pricing and product information.
• To be flexible to work on tills, following the cash handling procedures, taking orders and working on the floor, serving food and drinks.
• Follow food safety, allergen and hygiene procedures at all times.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet service targets and maintain smooth operations.
• To attend all training and development course as requested.
• To always represent WSH and John Lewis in a professional manner in your behaviour appearance and knowledge.
• To carry out any other reasonable duties as required by management.
