Job summary

Benugo is seeking an exceptional Team Member to represent two brands, delivering a friendly, high-quality food experience in London stores and John Lewis spaces. You will work on tills, kitchen and front-of-house tasks, and support stock and cleanliness.

Hourly rate starts at £12.71, rising to £13.25 after probation. We offer 28 days holiday, pension, staff meals, and a range of perks plus opportunities to develop your career.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high customer service standards at all times.
• Assist with kitchen, front-of-house and back-of-house cleaning duties.
• Organise deliveries and stock fridges using FIFO.
• Clear tables and maintain clean working environment.
• Ensure labels and prices are correct and promotions up to date.
• Be flexible to work on tills, take orders and serve food/drinks.
• Follow food safety, allergen and hygiene procedures.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet service targets and ensure smooth operations.
• Attend training and development courses as requested.
• Represent Benugo and John Lewis professionally in behavior, appearance and knowledge.

Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Team Member. This is a rare opportunity representing two respected brands, delivering an outstanding food experience that reflects innovation, quality, and attention to detail at every level.

Hourly Rate: £12.71ph increasing to £13.25ph after probation

• Ensuring the customer experience is maintained to the highest standard at all times.
• Assisting with any kitchen, front of house and back of house cleaning duties.
• To organise deliveries, and ensuring the fridges are stocked, using a first in, first out process.
• Assisting with clearing tables and maintaining a clean working environment.
• To ensure all labels and prices are correct.
• Maintain awareness of promotions, pricing and product information.
• To be flexible to work on tills, following the cash handling procedures, taking orders and working on the floor, serving food and drinks.
• Follow food safety, allergen and hygiene procedures at all times.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet service targets and maintain smooth operations.
• To attend all training and development course as requested.
• To always represent WSH and John Lewis in a professional manner in your behaviour appearance and knowledge.
• To carry out any other reasonable duties as required by management.
