Job summary

Euro-Projects Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced CAD/CAM Engineer in Nuneaton to create CNC programmes using Powermill and WorkNC for aerospace, defence and advanced engineering components.

You will develop machining strategies, support CNC operations and drive manufacturing improvements in collaboration with Production and Engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Previous CAD/CAM Engineer or CNC Programmer experience required.
• Experience with Powermill or WorkNC preferred.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and CAD models.

A leading precision engineering and manufacturing business is looking to recruit an experienced CAD/CAM Engineer to join its growing engineering team.

As a CAD/CAM Engineer, you will create CNC machining programmes using Powermill and WorkNC for a wide range of complex components serving the aerospace, defence and advanced engineering sectors.The CAD/CAM Engineer will work closely with Production and Engineering teams to develop machining strategies, support CNC machining operations and drive manufacturing improvements.

Experience Required

• Previous experience as a CAD/CAM Engineer, CNC Programmer or Manufacturing Engineer.
• Powermill, WorkNC or similar CAM software experience.

• Experience producing and optimising CNC programmes.
• Understanding of tooling, fixtures and machining strategy.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and CAD models.
