Job summary

Prysmian is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Team Leader for our Wrexham site. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will motivate and develop the team to meet targets within budget and timescales.

You will drive alignment with Logistics, Maintenance, Engineering and QSHE to prioritise goals and sustain performance. As a strong communicator and decisive problem solver, you will lead continuous improvement activities, manage safety and quality, and ensure adherence to site standards while

Qualifications

Degree level in a technical or engineering discipline is preferred.
Strong leadership and people-management skills are essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities required.
Analytical thinker with planning, organising and monitoring capability.

Responsibilities

Lead the site manufacturing team to deliver targets within budget and timescale.
Drive safety, quality and lean/continuous improvement across manufacturing areas.
Monitor OEE, labour efficiency and inventory; forecast and plan to meet volume requirements.
Support cross-functional collaboration with Logistics, Maintenance, Engineering and QSHE.
