Job summary

Prysmian Group is hiring for Production/Cable Makers at our Wrexham site. The role involves operating various process equipment with full training provided, in a safe and efficient manner to produce high-quality cables.

You will work a 37-hour week on a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern, including days and nights, with opportunities for progression and ongoing training. The successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment to safety, quality and productivity, and will work flexibly across multiple

Qualifications

Previous experience of working in a factory environment.
Enthusiasm and high motivation for the role.
Strong safety ethic and personal safety record.
Drive, energy and commitment to meet targets.
Excellent interpersonal and team-working and communication skills.
Basic keyboard skills and IT aptitude for data records.

Responsibilities

Run machines/processes to achieve maximum output.
Support activity during operation (setup prep, in-process testing, cleaning, data entry and material supply).
Commit to Right First Time and waste minimisation.
