Prysmian is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Team Leader for our Wrexham site. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will motivate and develop the team to meet targets within budget and timescales.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, as part of the site's first line team, the main purpose of the role is to lead the manufacturing team; delivering to operational targets within budget and timescale.
The successful candidate will be responsible for motivating, maintaining communication and supporting the team to the delivery of these targets both long and short term. Driving synergy between support functions; Logistics, Maintenance, Engineering and QSHE, to ensure alignment and prioritisation of goals.
