Prysmian Group in Wrexham is seeking a Production/Cable Maker to operate a range of process equipment with full training, ensuring high-quality output. You will work safely and flexibly across multiple processes to support continuous improvement in safety, quality and productivity. Full training will be provided.
The role requires a 37-hour week with a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern (7am-7pm / 7pm-7am), along with healthcare and pension benefits and access to employee discounts.
This production operative role will require you to operate various types of process equipment (full training provided); in a safe and efficient manner ensuring that attention to detail is maintained at all times to produce high-quality products. The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate a commitment to continual improvement in Safety, Quality and Productivity in all areas of manufacturing. As a Cable Maker you will be required to work flexibly across multiple processes and operations. Working safely, within specified training and risk assessments whilst supporting a culture of Zero Harm through your behaviour.
Full Training will be provided for all new starters as well as future opportunities to progress and develop further.
