Bridgewater Recruitment Group is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to drive cable management sales across Yorkshire, the Humber, the North East and Lincolnshire. This brand-new role offers autonomy within a growing division, backed by a respected national group.

You will develop new business opportunities, nurture key customer relationships and work with branch and internal sales teams to hit targets, while leveraging a HVAC/mechanical background and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications
