Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Cable Jointer to transition into an instructor role in Manchester. You will train others in LV and 11kV cable jointing and support power engineering qualifications, stepping away from hands-on site work while leveraging your T&D experience.

This role includes full instructor training, progression opportunities and a structured career path within training and education. Competitive salary and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Experienced Cable Jointer with direct electricity transmission and/or distribution experience.
• Strong LV cable jointing expertise and practical knowledge of distribution networks.
• Experience delivering or supporting power engineering training is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training across LV and 11kV cable jointing.
• Support technical certificates within power engineering.
• Assess learners against NVQ, Diploma and End Point Assessment standards.
