Job summary

SSE plc is offering a structured Trainee Cable Jointer programme based in Aldershot with training across the network. You will join a team to prepare cables, assist with LV/HV work, and support installation and repair while gaining a nationally recognised qualification.

The programme lasts 18–24 months, with structured salary progression and a company vehicle toward the end, plus overtime opportunities and a supportive benefits package.

Responsibilities
