Job summary

3t | Training Services (UK) is looking for a Trainee Power Trainer and Assessor in Manchester. This permanent role offers a starting salary of £50,000 per annum with substantial benefits including 33 days holiday and a pension scheme.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of cable jointing experience, a City and Guilds qualification, and strong communication skills. Full training will be provided to develop into a qualified instructor.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in cable jointing activities.
• Must hold or be developed to hold a recognised assessor qualification.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training packages for the electricity industry.
• Assess learners’ competency against national qualification standards.
• Liaise with customers on training delivery needs.
