Qualifications

• GWO courses and OSHA training are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR).
• Act as the client's point of contact during the project.

TRS Staffing Solutions is seeking a Cable Client Representative for a major Offshore Wind Farm Developer in Lincolnshire, UK. The role involves maintaining accurate records of installation activities during the execution phase.

The Role

• Ensure all procedures and risk assessments are followed by the contractor.
• Ensure the contractor manages safety and quality proactively.
• Lead by example according to company values.

Tasks

• Act as the client's "eyes and ears" on the project.
• Ensure subcontractors adhere to safety regulations.
• Prepare and distribute Daily Progress Reports (DPR).
• Review and understand RA/MS and QHSE documents before the execution phase.
• Attend daily meetings, toolbox talks, and safety walks.

Mandatory Requirements

• Experience with cable repairs and offshore cable work (minimum 5 years).
• GWO courses: Sea Survival, Working at Heights, First Aid, Fire Awareness, Manual Handling.
• BOSIET/HUET including CA-EBS.
• OGUK Medical certificate including Chester step.
• IOSH Managing Safely or similar HSE training.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Internet.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Maritime or offshore background is required.
