Job summary

Jet2.com and Jet2holidays is seeking a Cabin Services Administrator to provide proactive, detail-focused support to the Cabin Services Management Team at Leeds. The role involves processing cabin crew reports, handling queries, and coordinating training materials to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy office environment.

• Experience working with numbers, spreadsheets, and data.
• Good Microsoft Excel skills and an accurate approach to data management.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring and processing Cabin Crew flight reports.
• Responding to queries received through the Cabin Services shared mailbox.
• Ensuring requests for information and base supplies are fulfilled promptly and accurately.
• Supporting the administration of new Cabin Crew training courses, including responding to course enquiries.
• Coordinating course allocations and managing training materials.
• Working collaboratively with Flight Operations to provide administrative support as required.
• Building effective relationships across departments to ensure tasks and requests are managed efficiently and within agreed timescales.
• Assisting with the production of regular team communications and newsletters.
