Job summary

British Airways is seeking a Cabin Products Executive to manage an allocated portfolio of cabin products across development, delivery and lifecycle, in collaboration with Design, Engineering, Procurement and Customer Experience. You'll champion the customer, define product requirements, build business cases, and track milestones, risks and budgets for successful deliveries across the fleet.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering customer-facing products within a complex organisation.
• Ability to balance customer, commercial, operational and technical requirements.
• Degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Look after an allocated portfolio of cabin products through development, delivery and lifecycle.
• Champion the customer and ensure design, quality and customer-experience standards.
• Track milestones, risks and budgets; escalate issues when required.
• Define product requirements and develop business cases for cabin products.
• Use insights and data to inform future product development.
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Procurement and Hospitality teams.
• Manage supplier relationships and support procurement and changes.
• Lead customer sign-off and support marketing and product launches.
