Job summary

Virgin Atlantic is seeking a Supervisor in Cabin Maintenance at the Heathrow site. You will lead cabin maintenance plans, supervise engineers and technicians, and coordinate with planning and third-party providers to ensure aircraft leave line-ready with safety and quality standards met.

Working in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment, you will drive performance against key metrics and play a pivotal role in maintaining Virgin Atlantic’s high standards for customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating within an aircraft maintenance environment.
• Experience leading teams of engineers or technicians.
• Strong knowledge of airworthiness regulations and safety standards.
• Experience managing operational performance including productivity and cost control.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver cabin maintenance plans during your shift, ensuring work is completed safely and to standard.
• Supervise and line manage engineers and technicians across the shift.
• Coordinate between engineering, planning and third-party providers.
• Maintain oversight of safety, compliance, and regulatory adherence.
