Job summary

TCR International at Heathrow is seeking a Duty Manager to lead maintenance operations, ensuring safety, quality and punctual service. You will report to the Operations Manager and coordinate with BA and third parties, using data to drive continuous improvement and efficient use of resources.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience and people management.
• Good knowledge of health and safety regulations (IOSH/NEBOSH desirable).
• Experience with workshop procedures and SAP/Power BI systems.
• Ability to work in a customer-focused, pressurised environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee vehicle maintenance per pre-planned schedules.
• Lead relationships with BA, 3rd party stakeholders.
• Manage safety, punctuality, cost and commercial targets.
• Use data and problem-solving to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure work orders are completed in SAP and quality-checked.
