Job summary

Jet2.com is recruiting Cabin Crew at Birmingham Airport. You’ll be safety‑minded, friendly and professional, delivering award‑winning service on every flight and assisting passengers with a wide range of needs.

This is a full‑time Fixed Term contract until the end of the Summer Season 2027, with varied early and late shifts, weekends and holidays. Training is provided from day one, with opportunities for progression.

What You'll Do

• Ensure the safety, security and wellbeing of our customers and colleagues on every flight.
• Deliver our award-winning customer service and create memorable experiences onboard.
• Support customers with a wide range of needs, providing first aid and general assistance.
• Promote and sell our onboard products with confidence.
• Work closely with Cabin Crew & Flight Deck colleagues to deliver a safe and efficient operation.
• Adhere to all company procedures, regulatory requirements and safety standards.

Working Pattern

Our Cabin Crew opportunities are available on full-time Fixed Term contracts until the end of the Summer Season (November 2027) with the potential to return for Summer 2028. As we operate a 24-hour, 7-day-a-week airline, you'll need to be comfortable working a variety of shifts, including:

• Very early mornings and late evenings.
• Weekends and Bank Holidays.
• Peak holiday periods.
• Variable rosters that change week to week.

Before You Apply

To be eligible, you must:

• Hold a valid UK/EU passport with the required validity.
• Be able to provide a full 5-year employment, education or activity history.
• Successfully pass pre-employment referencing and criminal record checks.
• Be able to comply with all applicable medical, health and safety requirements.
• Continually be able to fasten the safety harness for the Crew Jump Seat.
• Meet the required reach and mobility standards for the role.
• Be able to travel reliably to and from your airport base for all rostered shifts.
