Job summary

RSM UK is launching a FastTrack Audit school/college leaver programme to become a Chartered Accountant in three years. You’ll study towards the CA qualification from day one with structured support from colleagues and education providers, while gaining real client experience across diverse organisations.

The role balances client work, study, and personal life; strong time-management and communication skills are essential, with travel to client sites as required. Start date: 14 September 2027.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 136 UCAS points across three A levels (or equivalent Level 3 qualification).
• Existing, permanent right to live and work in the UK for this role.

Responsibilities

• Conduct risk-focused reviews of clients’ financial records, processes and controls; help ensure accuracy of financial statements and build stakeholder trust.
