Job summary

RSM UK offers a school/college leaver apprenticeship programme to become a Chartered Accountant. You will join a tailor-made development programme with access to an online learning portal, helping you build digital and interpersonal skills while benefiting from lifestyle, health, and wellbeing programs.

You will start towards the Chartered Accountant qualification and undertake exams within the first months.

Qualifications

• Minimum 112 UCAS points across three A levels (or equivalent Level 3 qualification).
• Right to live and work in the UK for this role.
• Strong written and verbal communication to convey complex information clearly.
• Ability to analyse and interpret data to solve problems.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships and stay calm under pressure.
• Willingness to travel to client sites and other offices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct risk-focused reviews of clients' financial records and controls.
• Ensure accuracy of financial statements and build stakeholder trust.
• Begin studying for Chartered Accountant qualification soon after joining.
• Join as part of a team and progress to individual responsibilities.
• Work with diverse clients, from owner-managed to large groups and not-for-profits.
