Job summary

RSM UK Group LLP invites school and college leavers to start an audit career through our apprenticeship programme, earning while you learn and gaining professional qualifications. You'll join a supportive team, work on real client engagements, and progress towards Chartered Accountant status.

You'll access an online learning portal, structured training, travel to client sites, and a clear pathway within one of the world's leading audit, tax and consulting networks.

Qualifications

• UCAS points: 112 across three A levels or 104 across four Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers, or Irish Leaving Certificate (higher level).
• Permanent right to live and work in the UK.
• Strong written and verbal communication to convey complex information clearly.
• Ability to analyse and interpret data to solve problems.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships and stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assist in audit engagements with experienced teams on client work.
• Participate in training and exams toward Chartered Accountant qualification.
• Collaborate with colleagues across offices to deliver high-quality services.
