Job summary

RSM UK invites school and college leavers to join its FastTrack Audit programme in Leeds, an accelerated route to Chartered Accountant qualification over three years while gaining client experience.

You’ll study toward the CA from day one, with structured support from colleagues and education providers, exposure to a diverse client base, and early responsibility as you progress, balancing work and study throughout the programme.

Qualifications

• Analytical thinking and good communication skills essential.
• Ability to coordinate and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork across client teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct risk-focused reviews of clients’ financial records, processes and controls.
• Assist in ensuring accuracy of financial statements and stakeholder confidence.
• Engage with a wide range of clients from owner-managed to large listed groups and not-for-profits.
