RSM UK is offering a FastTrack Audit school/college leaver programme designed to accelerate becoming a Chartered Accountant. You will begin studying toward the qualification from day one and sit exams early in the programme, with structured support from colleagues, managers and education providers.

You’ll conduct risk-focused reviews and help ensure accurate financial statements while working with a diverse client base. Travel to client sites and offices is expected as you develop.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 136 UCAS points across three A levels (or equivalent Level 3 qualification).
• An existing, permanent, right to live and work in the UK for this role.
• The motivation and resilience to undertake an accelerated academically demanding programme.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to balance the demands of work, professional study and your personal life.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills to share information clearly and collaborate successfully with colleagues and clients.
• The ability to analyse and interpret data to solve problems.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, which enable you to build relationships and stay calm under pressure.
• A genuine interest in business and commerce and a commercial outlook.
• A willingness to travel to client sites and other offices as required.

Responsabilités

• Conduct risk-focused reviews of clients’ financial records, processes and controls.
• Play an important role in ensuring the accuracy of financial statements, and building trust and confidence among stakeholders.
• Work with a wide variety of clients, from owner-managed businesses to large listed groups, as well as charities, pension schemes and other not-for-profit organisations.
