• Strong C++ with Linux systems programming (3+ years).
• Experience with performance-sensitive systems (profiling, optimization, deterministic behavior).
• Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/UDP, sockets).
• Go experience is a strong bonus; Python for scripting and tooling.
