At Leonardo Hotels, we are recruiting for a Supervisor role to join our Meeting & Events Operations team. We are looking for an enthusiastic, genuine, and friendly individual who enjoys working in hotels and providing excellent hospitality to our guests, ensuring they have a memorable stay.

As a Meeting & Events Operations Supervisor,

We want you to be part of a diverse team dedicated to delivering excellent hospitality and service across our restaurant, bar, and conference departments. We set high standards to surprise and delight our customers and deliver memorable experiences.

What we are looking for:

  • Supervisory experience or strong team experience in Meeting & Events, eager to take on more responsibility
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends (no split-shifts)
  • Ability to understand and meet customer needs
  • Good people skills and a team-oriented attitude
  • Genuine interest in hospitality and customer service
  • Confidence with systems and payment handling
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Promptly resolve customer complaints

The job responsibilities include:

  • Supervising the Meeting & Events team, ensuring high standards of service
  • Preparing the team for daily operations based on bookings and events
  • Serving food and drinks and providing excellent customer service as a role model
  • Maintaining a visible presence to promptly address guest requests and keep areas tidy
  • Handling guest complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction
  • Training and motivating team members
  • Managing cash, float, and till procedures accurately
