At Leonardo Hotels, we are recruiting for a Supervisor role to join our great team in the Meeting & Events Operations areas. We are looking for an enthusiastic, genuine, and friendly person who enjoys working in hotels and providing excellent hospitality to our guests, contributing to a memorable stay.

As Meeting & Events Operations Supervisor

We want you to be part of a diverse team working together to deliver excellent hospitality and products in the restaurant, bar, or conference departments. We set high standards to surprise and delight our customers and ensure a great experience.

What We Want You To Have:

  • Supervisory experience or strong team experience in Meeting & Events, looking to take on additional responsibility
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members
  • Flexibility to work different shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends (no split shifts)
  • The ability to understand and meet customer needs
  • Good people skills to work well in a team and create a fun work environment
  • A genuine interest in hospitality
  • Confidence with systems and handling payments
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Promptly resolve customer complaints

The Job:

  • Supervise the Meeting & Events Operations team, ensuring responsibilities are clear and standards are high
  • Be familiar with daily bookings and prepare the team accordingly
  • Serve food and drinks, providing excellent customer service and demonstrating hospitality
  • Maintain a visible presence to respond to guest requests and keep areas tidy
  • Handle guest complaints efficiently to ensure satisfaction
  • Train and motivate team members
  • Manage cash, charge, float, and till procedures accurately
