Job summary

Culligan UK is seeking a motivated Bottled Water Cooler Field Service Technician to join our team in the United Kingdom. In this role you will deliver excellent service to customers and ensure water treatment systems are in proper working order.

You will be part of our field operations with ongoing training and opportunities for progression, supported by structured training programmes. Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, with the chance to develop technical and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• A full and valid driving license with a maximum of 6 points.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Strong hands-on experience and DIY skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.

Responsibilities

• Complete all scheduled activities for service, repair, maintenance and exchange of Bottled Water Coolers.
• Ensure scheduled cleaning/repairs are completed daily.
• Document all sanitisation activities and report complete jobs via handheld device.
• Report any potential failures.
• Replenish the van once a week at our site Margam.

The Role

Hours of Work

Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

Responsibilities
