Job summary

Culligan UK is looking for a Water Delivery Technician to join our Service Centre in Redhill. The role involves delivering and exchanging water bottles, installing and sanitizing water coolers, and providing excellent customer service on daily routes.

You will perform vehicle checks, follow delivery schedules, and document activities using a handheld device. A valid driving licence and strong communication skills are essential for success in this customer-facing position.

Qualifications

• Full and valid UK driving licence with a maximum of 6 points (no points for dangerous or careless driving).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily vehicle checks.
• Multi drop of water containers at various customer locations (up to 20kg).
• Sanitize and exchange Bottles Water Coolers.
• Engage with customers to understand needs and deliver outstanding service.
• Support smooth running of the Service Centre and document activities via handheld device.

We're excited to welcome a motivated Water Delivery Technician to join our team at Culligan in our Service Centre in Redhill.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference by providing excellent service to our valued customers whilst ensuring our bottles are delivered on time, bottled water coolers are installed & sanitized correctly and collecting equipment & bottles from customer sites.

Hours of Work

Monday-Friday 7:00am-5:00pm

What this role involves

• Complete daily vehicle checks
• Multi drop of (20kg) water containers at a variety of customer locations
• Sanitize and exchange Bottles Water Coolers
• Engage with customers to grasp their needs whilst delivering outstanding customer service
• Playing a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our Service Centre
• Documenting all sanitization & delivery activities via handheld device

Requirements

• Full and valid driving license with a maximum of 6 points (none of which are for dangerous or careless driving)
• Minimum of 2 years' driving experience
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Ability to be able to follow timed delivery schedules
