Job summary

Culligan UK is seeking a motivated Bottled Water Cooler Field Service Technician to join our team. You will provide outstanding service to customers, ensuring water treatment systems are operating correctly and safely.

The role offers ongoing training, progression opportunities, and a Monday–Friday day position with a company van for site visits and private use option. You will be instrumental in delivering reliable water solutions.

Qualifications

• Full driving licence and clean driving record.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Strong practical DIY skills and hands-on problem solving.
• Excellent communication skills and rapport building with customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform service, repair, maintenance and exchange of Bottled Water Coolers.
• Complete daily cleaning/maintenance as scheduled.
• Document sanitisation activities and report via handheld device.
• Report potential failures to the team.
• Replenish service van weekly at Hemel Hempstead site.

The Role

We're excited to welcome a motivated Bottled Water Cooler Field Service Technician to join our team at Culligan!

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference by providing excellent service to our valued customers and ensuring their water treatment systems are in perfect working order.

Hours of Work

Monday - Friday 07:00am-5:00pm

Responsibilities

• Complete all scheduled activities for service, repair, maintenance and exchange of Bottled Water Coolers
• Ensure scheduled cleaning/repairs are completed daily
• Document all sanitisation activities and report complete jobs via handheld device
• Report any potential failures
• Replenish the van once a week at our site in Hemel Hempstead

Requirements

• A full and valid driving license with a maximum of 6 points
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively
• Strong hands on experience & DIY skills
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
