Job summary

Culligan UK is seeking a motivated Bottled Water Cooler Field Service Technician to service and maintain water treatment systems for our customers. You will ensure equipment is in top working order and join a field operations team with ongoing training and development opportunities.

The role offers a Monday–Friday 8:30am–5:00pm schedule, a company van with private use option, and a pension scheme. You will support our mission to deliver safe, clean water with excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Full and valid driving licence with up to 6 points.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Strong hands-on skills and DIY ability.
• Excellent communication skills and rapport with customers.

Responsibilities

• Complete all scheduled service, repair, maintenance, and exchange of Bottled Water Coolers.
• Ensure daily cleaning/repairs are completed.
• Document sanitisation activities and report via handheld device.
• Report any potential failures.
• Replenish the van weekly at our Redhill site.

The Role

We're excited to welcome a motivated Bottled Water Cooler Field Service Technician to join our team at Culligan! In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference by providing excellent service to our valued customers and ensuring their water treatment systems are in perfect working order. Hours of Work

Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

Responsibilities

• Complete all scheduled activities for service, repair, maintenance and exchange of Bottled Water Coolers
• Ensure scheduled cleaning/repairs are completed daily
• Document all sanitisation activities and report complete jobs via handheld device
• Report any potential failures
• Replenish the van once a week at our site in Redhill.

Requirements

• A full and valid driving license with a maximum of 6 points.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Strong hands on experience & DIY skills
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
