Our Ideal Hero Will Have:

• Excellent communication skills, able to source and negotiate prices with suppliers within strict time constraints
• Familiarity with Delphi and Opera Systems (preferred but not essential)
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
• Buying experience in a hospitality or food-based environment

Implementing Our ‘Yes You Can’ Philosophy, You Will:

• Be the first point of contact for clients, handling calls and emails professionally and efficiently
• Raise and process purchase orders, track orders, reconcile invoices, and liaise with other departments
• Source and negotiate prices with suppliers within strict time constraints
• Manage correspondence, track payments, and chase contract addendums to keep events on schedule
• Work closely with the warehouse to maintain and monitor stock levels across the business
