The Opportunity

Fixed Term Contract for 12 Months

In this role you’ll lead ingredient sourcing for new product development, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, timely launches.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead sourcing for ingredients across NPD projects
• Negotiate pricing, build supplier relationships, and manage contracts
• Track food and ingredient trends to shape future innovation
• Collaborate with NPD, Technical, Planning, and Commercial teams
• Support supplier trials and innovation workshops
