Pertemps North Midlands is recruiting Butchers for a leading food production company in Derby. Working Monday to Friday, 45 hours weekly, the successful candidate will cut red meat to precise sizes and portions for pub chains across the UK and Premier League football clubs. Duties include preparing meat to client specifications and packing and scanning products for distribution. Applicants should have previous butchery experience and be comfortable in a high-volume setting. This full-time, permanent position pays £14.49 to £15.97 hourly, equating to £33,000 to £37,500 annually, with benefits including mortgage references and a choice of weekly or monthly pay. Butchers Pertemps are working with a leading food production company and are now recruiting Butchers to join there team. In this role you will be cutting red meat to the correct size and portions. The products will go to the leading pub chains throughout the UK alongside Premier League football clubs.

Shift Pattern and Working Hours

Monday to Friday

45 hours per week

The successful Butcher will:

• Have previous experience in a butchers role
• Be happy working in a high volume environment

As a butcher your duties will include:

• Cutting red meat to specific client needs
• Pack and scan food in a presentable way ready for distribution

As a butcher you will receive:

• £33,000 to £37,5000 per annum
